The bill (Reg. No. 3224-д) stipulates that any photo and video shooting of results of the voters’ declaration of will, also personally made by a voter in a booth for secret vote, or demonstration by a voter of results of the declaration of will in the place of voting is prohibited and is a violation of the secrecy of voting.
It is suggested to prohibit members of electoral commissions and other persons to commit any actions or disclose any information providing a possibility to determine the content of any voter’s declaration of will.
